Modern proper hotel, het is goed gelegen in het centrum van Genk. Je bent vlakbij de winkels. Kamers zijn proper en modern, wel aan de kleine kant.

De kamer was zeer proper! Geen super grote kamer maar zeker alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig! Zelfs gratis 2 kleine flesjes water en koffie en thee! Het ontbijt was top!! Het was een buffet met heeeeeel wat lekkers en zeeer uitgebreid! Amai! Chapeau voor het personeel want die zorgden dat alles netjes op tijd werd aangevuld! Enige wat we storend vonden, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen, waren de luidruchtige gasten in de gang! Het hotel is vlak aan het station gelegen maar je hebt totaal geen last van lawaai van treinen! Ons raam stond vaak open en wij hebben echt totaal geen treinen horen voorbij rijden! Wij gaan zeker nog terug naar dat hotel!

Pillow is too hard+soft one too small else bed was okay coffee machine so that's very good otherwise everything else was good great breakfast plenty of choice very clean+plenty room friendly staffl would definitely stay again had good stay for sure

Conveniently situated in the centre of Genk with parking. Staff are very professional and welcoming, speaking excellent English. Room freshly decorated and immaculate. Great idea of indicating if you wanted your room serviced each day as it is not always needed. Calm atmosphere. Modern and stylish.

The hotel is ideally placed for the train and bus stations. However, I was sent an email a few days before arriving, telling me to go to another hotel to check in - which I did. They told me this had changed and not the case any more! I should go to the ECU now but on arrival the door was locked because of the cold weather. I couldn't check in until after 3pm and having an event to attend, had to change in the toilet and leave my bag. Returning that evening, I was given a small room next to the lift - which kept me awake until about 1am. After getting to sleep finally, I was awoken around 2am by a couple trying to get into my room which was right next to the lift door. They eventually entered the room next door and I had to bang on the door linking the room because of the noise the woman made with her loud voice! A very poor night's sleep as I was now awake. Staff were helpful at all times but the room was only suitable noise-wise for people able to sleep anywhere.

Really good hotel. They helped us very well with everything. Special thanks to the manager Faouza and the receptionist Eymen. Nice and clean room. In the centre of Genk. Lovely stay. Recommended for families and also bussiness stays. Thanks a lot

Single room was cheap, small and adequate. Not a full service hotel but we arrived late in the evening and everything was ready for us, quick check in. No reception service in the morning, quick key-drop check out. Friendly breakfast staff happy to help.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed and I can recommend everyone to book your stay with breakfast. The hotel is nearby the station, shops and restaurants. The people who work at the hotel, from the reception to the cleaning staff, were super friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.
