Very Disappointing Stay at Executive Hotel Paris
Terrible service overall. No heater in the room, no electric kettle, and my wife's medicine went missing after room cleaning – completely unacceptable. The toilet flush didn’t work either. On top of that, the hotel charged me €10.40 for tourism tax, even though my Trip.com voucher clearly mentioned only €3.30. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a great place to stay generally! However, during my booking it was stated that I will pay £4:10 City tax, but the receptionist mandated me to buy £15, I refused, explaining that I will only pay £4:10 as stated in my email, he delayed me for 3hours.
So please stop any form of hidden charge. Because the embarrassment was too much. Thanks.

Bad service and the hotel isn’t that nice. I waited about half an hour at the reception and no one comes to talk to me. The elevator is not working from the third floor. You need to walk down the stair to 2nd floor and use the elevator.

I definitely had higher expectations considering the price.
It was disappointing that there wasn't a kettle in the room and I had to ask for a hair dryer. Every other hotel I've been to provided a kettle with complimentary tea and sugar sachets and biscuits but this one didn't, didn't have a fridge either.
There was no subway station near the hotel so train would be your only option and it's more expensive.
The receptionist that first greeted us was nice but the lady provide us with lukewarm tap water when we asked for boiling water which was horrible.
The breakfast was also a little disappointing, something was missing every day and they said there was an issue with delivery.

Where to start... AVOID SCAM
1. Tourist tax €31 when the website advertised it as €9.90.
2. The photos have nothing to do with the rooms; everything is dilapidated, the floor is extremely dirty, the bathroom smells of poison, and I won't even mention the state of the shower.
3. Window completely damaged, curtains dirty.
4. Breakfast was useless, for 10 people there were no more people, the coffee maker didn't work.

Hello! My daughter and I stayed at this hotel from 25/04-21/04/2025. We liked everything: the room is big, the shower is good, they give you shower gel. There is cleaning, there is breakfast. To the left, if you get out, and walk for 5 minutes, there is a RER station. Also nearby are bus stops, a store, Carrefour, MALL, where you can find everything. I recommend this hotel! Thank you!
