We arrived at late night after a long trip, and we have been welcomed from a really sweet guy who helped us to park our car ,and also offered us a beer .. the room was clean and spacious,the hotel is new and has a stylus and smart concept... we had to stay only 1 night but we extend 1 more nite in order to rest and relax before going back home.. the day after we met elder who seems to be the manager who gave us so many informations on what to see in genova and where to eat proper Italian food .. we felt like home,it wasn’t expected,such a great surprise at the end of our road trip through Europe.. definitely recommended .. we will stay again if we will ever come back to genova.. thanks guys

Beautiful hotel near the station and port. Arrived in late and got a lovely welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent ! Check out was easy and breakfast was good. There is a free luggage storage service too. Overall a lovely stay.

Due to an unexpected curtailing of a cruise I needed a hotel close to the airport at a decent price and this one fitted the bill. Check in easy. Room on floor 6 was spacious and clean with 2 single beds. TV channels all Italian. You're in Italy so fair enough. Not much round in terms of eateries on foot that I could see so Deliveroo will be your friend. Breakfast not great but it was in with the price so 🤷 Genoa airport is about 150m away so easily walkable which was my main reason for using. Not really close to Genoa centre so will have limited appeal to tourists although there are lovely mountain views to the rear.

It was a nice stay, even though just a night. The location is very convenient, just few minutes walk to the underground station and Genova aquarium. The room was clean and all facilities worked properly, friendly welcome when we arrived and everything was great.

I’ve been staying in 5 star hotels since I first checked in to the Crillon in Paris in 1970 and the Meliá in Genoa is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Elegant decor, very comfortable and above all smiling and very efficient service. We stay at the hotel for seven nights. A renovated hotel of excellent quality located in Corvetto Square, very close to the central Ferrari Square, to the port, to 20 September St. and the historic center. Near the hotel transportation to every place and to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel staff at the reception and in the dining room are very kind, attentive and cordial. The price is cheap compared to the value and especially compared to other hotels in the area. ****rit Itzak

We are on a road trip in Italy and this hotel is our first stop. We are completely satisfied and will definitely use this hotel again next time we stay in Genoa. Direct access to the hotel's parking lot is exciting. But everything is great

This hotel was the perfect location for us - super close (within 2 mins walk) of the train station which was fab as we used Genoa as a base to explore the coastal region. Hotel room was really lovely and clean. We had a large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Naturally being central to a city it is noiser with the road outside but we found the shutters very useful to cancel a lot of this out. Breakfast was fine and the 2 restaurants available as part of the hotel (or Savoia next door) were so handy. With the main Savoia restaurant on floor 7 brilliant - incredible food & a far reaching view. I'd highly recommend for a stay if you're in Genoa.
