It was very close to the station, so it was convenient for traveling with a suitcase. It's a shame that the room was dimly lit. The room had a certain lived-in feel. There was a kettle and coffee and tea facilities in the room. The shower booth was a little too small, so I think it would be difficult for overweight people.

Stanza confortevole con bagno piccolo ma senza finestre e aspirazione. Buona pulizia anche se telaio finestra stanza sporco. Il condizionatore non andava e il ventilatore a disposizione nella stanza era alquanto rumoroso.

There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building. Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat.

Very nice, staff friendly, cosy. The breakfast buffet was ok. Only minus was the noise from the street. So ear plugs definitely needed.

Great location next to the central train station. Room was clean and spacious. Within easy walking distance of the harbor, shopping, and restaurants. An issue for those with mobility concerns is the absence of an elevator/lift.
