Ostello Bello Genova

The hotel is near the train station. The area isn’t the cleanest, but the hotel looks stylish and modern. The bed creaks a bit, and the shower leaked a little. Overall, everything is fine.

All is good would be perfect if some of the very worn out electrical appliances being replaced anew such as water kettles, it is quite dirty inside. Would revisit again their other branches hostel chain.

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

Pro The location is great and the staff are nice. The idea of having free vegetables and food materials to cook and lovely kitchen is just amazing and one can enjoy cooking with others. Con It would be a bit better if they could include towels in private rooms at least with small size soap or shampoo. The noise is quite big due to metal stairs and elevators and it can be so annoying so if you are a bit nervous, you better ask for room away from elevator or stairs

Expensive for what you get.
