Grand Hotel Savoia Genova, Curio Collection by Hilton

Probably the best hotel we stayed in this 2 weeks trip in europe. The room is superb amazing and the staffs are super nice. Everything in the room is well organized in furniture, colors, amenities. The bathroom is awesome. I would definitely come back to the hotel, when i come back to genoa 100% . It is so instagramable.

My stay at Savoia Curio Collection was rather mediocre and fell short of the standards I normally associate with Hilton’s Curio Collection. Given the brand, I had much higher expectations regarding both the level of service and the overall quality of the property. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel distinctive or refined enough to justify the Curio positioning. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and there is significant room for improvement.

I can’t recommend the hotel as some valuable items were stolen from our bags while in the room or in the baggage storage 😰

Cleanliness is generally good despite a few dusty corners in this older hotel. It enjoys an unbeatable location: tasty restaurants downstairs, the train station opposite and a bus stop 200m away. The old town and main attractions are only a 10‑15‑minute walk. Breakfast has a nice view but limited choices of western baked goods and little meat. A gym is a real bonus for hotels in busy Genoa, even without a swimming pool. A pleasant stay overall.

Lovely Hôtel in Genovese decorated details with amazing staff members. English reception a plus in Italy. Well received and a rapid Check in. The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova. The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours. They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it. Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival.
