Awesome, the location is strategic in the city center. It's perfect if you want to walk around the downtown area, and you can easily find breakfast places on foot. There's also a Family Mart nearby. Thank you!

The grandcity mall is disappointing.. Empty ghost town Nevertheless we can grab anywhere else. Hotel is good, breakfast is great. only suggestion give a little more space because no space to solat with large baggage. Space constraints.

The food is good and also the venue of our exhibition just right next door. We enjoy the stay

Considerably clean, service wise language is a challenge, couldn't get information of any indomart nearby at all and couldn't get a cup noodle at night about 10pm. Cafe downstairs has no food at night too Good size for family where the 4 of us can sleep in a room together

Overrall you got what your paid. The breakfast is less choice but it is differs every morning. If you don't like to eat in the hotel , the City Grand mall in the step away have many choices. The room cleaning need to improve.

Very convenient place with mall and eateries all around. Within walking distance of 2 mins.

We should go to front desk only to borrow hair dryer… for staying 4 nights.. we should ask the amenities everyday ..

Affordable, modern and clean. Shopping mall is literally next door and selection of eateries are available in the surrounding. The building looks new and therefore modern and clean, however the room lacked soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. Lobby is on the second floor, was confused when we reached. Parking is very limited, we were fortunate that we got spot to park, my guess you won't be so lucky during weekend or busy days. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very near to the train station which is one of the primary reason we chose to give this hotel a try.

Rawon Setan is tasty, Surabaya look good and peaceful. This is new hotel, facilities are good. The only let down is breakfast can be better.
