"I am very pleased with the services, and the room is very clean."

"I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. It is close to the train station and not far from central Paris, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were also friendly and helpful during my stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the air conditioning. During my visit, the outside temperature was around 38–40°C, yet the room temperature remained around 27°C and guests could not properly control it. As a result, the room was extremely hot, especially at night. I struggled to sleep because my body was overheating and I was sweating heavily throughout the night. At one point, I felt dizzy and close to fainting due to the heat. There was a QR code next to the AC control explaining that the system was designed this way for environmental reasons. While I appreciate efforts to reduce energy consumption, guest comfort and safety should also be considered, especially during a heatwave. I had originally booked four nights, but after spending just one uncomfortable night in the room, I decided to check out and move to another hotel with a properly functioning air conditioning system. The location and staff were good, but the lack of effective climate control completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay."

"5-10 minutes walking to Metro 7 or Metro Room is spacious Only issue is the shower, no water supply for 30 minutes after 11pm. We had to manage the earlier shower before the shortage of water. We did make a complaint to the hotel receptionist. She is very helpful to offer the room change. But we did not do that, we just wait for the water supply. At the end, they offer the free breakfast for us. Nice croissants and pain au chocolat. Apart from that minor issue, it was nice to stay there."

"It was lovely holiday. The hotel is close to city center. If you want to use bus, yo need to wait 10-15mins. Breakfast was also good and have multiple options."

"The room was very average. The large bed was made up of two single beds. I could have fallen off in the middle of the night. The most important thing was that there were no rooms available when I arrived. I waited downstairs for two hours. Such poor service."
