🌟 5/5 – Absolutely the Best Stay Ever! 🌟
My stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting was simply perfect from start to finish! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds!
The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

Hotel is out of location, too far from the main attraction of Genting Highland. Should provide free shuttles to main attraction. Hotel is new but things are not properly fixed. Need improvement.

The hotel was amazing and the view was stunning! Just a little let down by the breakfast — taste wasn’t as good as expected hehe tapi kids room dia sumpah best!

The hotel’s location and comfort are quite good,
but overall, the experience was very disappointing.
If you’re staying over the weekend, I would suggest skipping the paid breakfast. The food selection was very limited, the dining environment felt like a canteen and the number of guests in the restaurant was not well controlled.
During checkout, the elevators were constantly full. I waited for more 30 minutes and still couldn’t get down, so I ended up taking the stairs ，I shared my feedback with the front desk, but they only said they were aware of the issue.

sewerage system problem. bau busuk. from the lift at the lobby sampai ke bilik especially dalam toilet. bau busuk. luckily kat area katil x sampai sangat bau busuk tu. view is good. but kalau cloudy nampak putih saja jela 😂 breakfast pun so so je. banyak choice banyak jugak tak sedap.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Bentong with my family! The experience was truly enjoyable — the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
