I tried to negotiate with the hotel to cancel my stay for one night as I have an urgent matter to do, and there is no train to go back. The hotel rejected the request.  Too bad

It's a very good deal. The room was big and clean. With a balcony too. Not too far from Genting Theme Park and etc. Definitely worth the money. Exactly like a studio room.

Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

The price may be high for a single traveler, but it is a good place for a family to stay.

Thanks so much for free upgrade to Wyndham Ion majestic. It is very new hotel. Room is clean, comfortable. Car park is easy access to the floor also. Quite cool.

My first time travel with friend to genting. The place is so nice, clean and the hotel staff so friendly even not Malaysian. But the staff really friendly i like it. The place not really far from Genting Skyworld. It’s nice. But the food so pricey. So nice and ok. Next time bring more money for food only haha.

Excellent service.Big room with beautiful long distance view. See sunset and sunrise.All facilities are good. Clean ,tidy. At first,we have booked in another hotel. We stayed there one night. We surrenderef all the rent. That one is extremely terrible and rent is much higher. We could not breathe in a smoking room. Thanks for reception Manager Authur and Zakir (photos）：pleasant and helpful. We certainly choose your hotel.

Clean and cosy..have balcony but due to foggy weather not able to enjoy the view..fridge was dirty Pro tip: please bring your own water since it's 8RM in every store

My room smell cigarettes so strong and i think the host need to solve this issue. Not really comfy with the smell and i never knew my room is can be connecting to the next room. Next room when talking,walking or doing things we can clearly hear. Not really a privacy place.

The room and space was great. But there was a stinking smell that spoiled my sleep and stay for 2 days. Over all good and nice place.

The room was spacious. The only disappointment is that the check-in was slow only after 1 hour able to get the room.
