Good views from apartment. Very new so clean. No housekeeping so need to maintain. No hand wash. There is shampoo and body wash. Enough towels. There are enough room slippers. Good water filter for hot and cold. Room has waahing machine and dryer in one, good.
Service was very lacking. Room card only got 1
Keypad on room door cannot work. Lifts cannot work using card, had to do manual.
Shuttle provided shared with workers. Vans not safe
One point van driver stopped staff at Ria Apartments, he came out of vehicle, van started rolling back because hand brek not working.
Breakfast by Lucky Bro the best feature, food very good. Location of breakfast at level 3 a little uncomfortable with carpet floor and us carrying food.
On location, huge turning if you were to go to Genting by car, returning requires you to wind down to Chin Swee Temple then climb again to Antara.
Bridge to Genting was a nice walkway, pipe in music, good shelter from rain and wind. Communication on where to find the walkway can be improved. It was next to Mynews but one night the shutter was closed and we were told closed, waited then it reopen. Need to walk thru Genting hotel car park the only onto bridge, many were lost navigating the location.
