Room had a smell.
Lots of insects found in room.
Hotel was too old although it was refurbished.
Pillows were really too soft and not comfortable at all.

No wifi in room. Hotel abit outdated. Service of the staff is polite and good. Had abit of problem looking for the hotel from bus terminal as there is no proper signage to the hotel. No shaver in room provided but can get from the housekeeping staff. Sound proofing is not good. Can hear next door talking loudly and the announcement from theme park is loud. View is fantastic. Drinks from the convenient store at lobby is more expensive than 7-11 store.

Location was prime, but the front desk receptionist lady was really messed up.
I booked the none smoking room, she gave me smoking room with the farest room from the lift.
It was very unpleasant experience & the amenities was also sucks. They provide just 1 single sop to wash body, hair and everything! There was no hair conditioner or hair tie even at all.
Other than location, I don’t suggest this place at all, it’s a very old hotel with lousy customer service.

Hotel is located within the reach of various malls and attractions. Need a bit of walk though.
Accessing the car park is a bit of challenge as the ram is narrow and the parking lot near to the beam where I parked has urine smell. Level B2 @ A3 spot.
Room is clean though but a bit old and does not justify the high price. For the same price, one can get much nicer hotel elsewhere.
Overall, Genting Highland is seriously in need of some proper sprucing up. Along the way to the hotel, you can see the bad state of One World Hotel, the staff residence and many other buildings!

Nice and clean hotel. Fuss free check in, however there was a charge of early check in, counter staff did not inform us of this, another charge for machine check in. overall stay was pleasant.

Resort hotel uses machines to check in and out. So there will be no one to help you check in. The check-in starts at 10am using the check-in kiosk.

It is good and enjoyable although the price wise quite high but a least stay away from hustle and bustle like in the First World Hotel a lot of crowds and ppl walking around. If double bedroom in higher floor will be better.
