It was a wonderful stay. A quiet and nice room. Room is big but the bed doesn’t look like a Queen size bed 😅
Overall is good.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Ambience is nice.
Will choose Swiss-Garden again for our next trip.

It was as reviewed by others, cleanliness is acceptable but towels and even the sofas needs to be properly cleaned or replaced. It looks worn out and stained. The aircon was leaking on my first night, changed to another unit and realized there is inconsistencies with amenities. The 1st unit have more TV channels than the 2nd(probably due to technical issue), but the 2nd unit have a microwave and basic kitchen ware while the 1st unit do not. I could understand if this is Airbnb, but this is ‘Swiss Garden’, and is much more expensive with the same unit from Airbnb.
But overall it wasn’t too bad. Great improvement on the service lift, it wasn’t slow at all as complaints before, and parking was easy without needing to verify daily.

nice hotel nice service. The price was not so high but very comfy!!!what a good place! The room space is very very big, and the bed and toilet was soooo clean. The facility of hotel very beautiful and the weather is so nice

Hotel is so hard to contact. All their numbers, not available. It keeps ringing. We are trying to call them because we left our shopping items worth 2000 ringgit. But it seems no one is manning the front desk been whole day we are trying to call them.

Nice stay for a short vacation in genting highland.
The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast just average.
