Overall its quite okay.. its just that I've hot a room with some bad odors .. seems like the pillows shouldn't be used anymore..the rest is just nice and fine. The surroundings are so marvelous. I shared some photos from my room's views..

this is my second visit here, all were excellent execpt the check out time is so early which is before 11am.

I love this place — it’s clean, peaceful, and the service is excellent. Such a beautiful memory. It feels like being overseas, with fresh and calming air. “Great hotel with attentive service. Nice place to stay. Only not convinient to go to genting.. not many grab willing to take.

Great location with lots of shops nearby. Easy access to the shops by using the link bridge to the hotel. Service was quite fast, when checked in to the unit there was no bath towel prepared. But after I requested from the service crew, within 30 minutes they had send the towel to my unit. One thing make it 4 star is because the bathroom was bit smelly but the smell went off when we open all the window for ventilation.

Place are convenient & the service was good. The living hall furniture are a bit worn. It was not as shown on trip.com pictures when i make booking. A bit disappointed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, modern, and had a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, especially at check-in. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location is perfect—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice view from living room and bedroom. Come with a fully equipped kitchen.

It was a good stay. I booked it whereas I already have my booking at Ramada China town. We reached there late at night. But as a traveler what we normally expect, everything was according to our basic needs and expectations. I love this place at Genting Highland.

No toiletries provided. Only essential such as shampoo & body foam + hand soap All cutleries come in a pair so do take note TV channels are limited and it is not a smart TV thus cannot Miracast Wifi signal drops frequently but not a big issue because data roaming works perfectly

The room was good,and very near to Geo Hotel as my son having a competition there,there is a link bridge easy to access. Bathroom was big and clean enough. Comfortable bed,my parents really enjoyed. The view was great too

Smooth check in and check out even it’s kind of homestay not hotel. Have free 1 parking and have option to pay extra if bring more than 1 car. Good job! The house so spacious and clean recommended for family!
