The facilities are shared with Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Genting Highlands, which was a great advantage. The check-in process was a little confusing, as the room key needs to be collected from a locker on the lower level behind the Swiss-Garden lobby. Clearer instructions before arrival would have been helpful. I booked a studio for four nights, but after the first night I decided to leave and stay at another hotel. The connecting door had very poor soundproofing, and I could hear conversations, the TV, and footsteps from the neighboring room. I did not feel there was enough privacy for a longer stay. The room itself had several issues. The shower drained slowly, the bed had an unpleasant smell, and the window could not be locked. Overall, the room did not feel as clean and comfortable as expected. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main attractions. However, the surrounding area is still under development, so construction trucks and traffic noise are common. The highlight was the rooftop pool on the 41st floor. It was quiet during the day and offered a beautiful panoramic view.

I wondering those reviews is I am genuinely curious about the guests who gave this place four or five stars. When you described it as clean and family-friendly, I was truly stunned. On the very first day, as soon as I entered, I saw snack crumbs and dust left uncleaned on the floor. The sofa was also covered in potato chip fragments. When lifted the cloth covering the sofa, the dirty surface beneath was revealed. The photos I took show the real condition of this Airbnb. What’s more, during my three-day stay, no housekeeping service came to clean or take out the trash. So, you tell me—is this Airbnb really such a great deal and worth it

Bad experience! Terrible service! Airbnb too dirty and even ask host to advise and reply with bad attitude never solve any problem! Many small dead insect in the room! Even lift also wait very long up to 45mins when checkout time! Rubbish Airbnb!

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore

Great kocation and facilities

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

I recently went on a 2D1N staycation from June 1–2 with a friend, and what was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We initially booked a Studio Twin Suite at Signata Genting Highlands via Trip.com. Upon arriving around 3:00 p.m., we were met with a long queue at reception. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told there was an overbooking issue and no room could be assigned to us. The receptionist asked us to “wait a while,” so we toured the hotel facilities for two hours. When we returned, the issue was still unresolved, and Signata staff gave no alternative or compensation. At this point, Trip.com was the only party that actively helped us. I contacted their support team, and to their credit, they responded quickly and professionally. They offered to relocate us to another hotel. The first option was acceptable but unfortunately already fully booked. The second alternative was: 7Stonez Suites Windmill Genting Highlands (5.5km away) Room: 1-Bedroom Deluxe King Suite with Balcony (53㎡, no breakfast) This came with an additional charge of RM70.43, which we agreed to and paid. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major downgrade in both service and quality. When we arrived at 7Stonez, we experienced: • A horrible check-in process that took 1 hour 15 minutes • Unresponsive staff – the only way to reach them was via WhatsApp, and most calls were brushed off with vague “I’ll check” responses before they hung up • A room in terrible condition – stains on the walls, sofa, bed, and ceiling • No towels provided – we were told they’d arrive in 15 minutes; after waiting an hour, we were told to collect them ourselves from another room • And worst of all, no air-conditioning, which we were not informed about prior to the move. We only realized this after entering the unit and receiving the booking confirmation (which was only provided after the payment) This entire experience was unacceptable. Not only was our original booking mishandled by Signata, but the relocation by 7Stonez was poorly executed and misleading. We paid extra only to get worse service and a dirty, uncomfortable room. Would not recommend either Signata Genting Highlands or 7Stonez Suites. If you’re looking for a proper stay in Genting Highlands, please choose other options.
