The owner is friendly, and there are no inconveniences with nearby convenience stores or fast food restaurants. Free parking is available behind the building. The rooms are smaller than in the photos, but since it's a duplex, four people can sleep comfortably. However, the stairs are dangerous, so I wouldn't recommend it for children. The soundproofing didn't seem very good. The interior was clean and tidy. "I stayed for two nights, and it felt more like a home than a hotel. There was no sofa in the living room, only a small dining table near the kitchen, which was a bit inconvenient. The TV was too far away, making it uncomfortable to watch. It was also disappointing that cigarette smoke seeped in through the kitchen window. It was nice that I could do laundry and dry my clothes."
