resident is clean as it’s new except the toilet which stinks a little
check in and out instructions were easy to follow
toilet’s slippers grip was kinda strong; excessive force required to lift the legs especially when in contact with water..my mum almost tripped due to the extra grip as she was trying to pace forward

its A new condo, all still in new condition, owner is very friendly even chat in whatsapp, earlier A week already received the check in step, good location, just 10min can arrival queenbay mall town, will still again once i coming to penang.. 👍👍👍

The room is in a great location with beautiful scenery. The landlady was very enthusiastic and sent delicious fruits. She helped us check in early and recommended motorcycle rentals and restaurants, which were great and added a lot of convenience to our trip. Highly recommended!
