**POOR Hygiene Standards – Seriously Not Recommended!** Very disappointed with the hotel's housekeeping standards. The mattress protector still had obvious reddish-brown stains (PERIOD MARK) even after laundering, yet it was still being used and covered with a bedsheet for the next guest. This raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene practices. Guests deserve clean and hygienic bedding, not stained mattress protectors hidden under bedsheets. Photos attached as evidence. 2) Besides, this is one lane into 2 counters. But, staff allow customer behind us for another counter 2 check in than us. 3) shampoo is empty. I hope to get the full refund for this.

Hotel just opened and walking distance to the famous food to eat in Penang. Awesome stay i had with Capri and the staff were all very polite. Special shout out to Mr Halim, who greeted us warmly and showing us the nice food to eat on the first day of our arrival. Super friendly and also thank you for preparing the decorations for our anniversary. Special shoutout to Mr Arafat, great housekeeping and i i always have a clean room when i am back from a long day outside. He is also very detailed orientated. Pool and gym facilities were also good, there is a washer and dryer but have to pay a fee of 25rm. Price is also good, and hope the hotel maintain the same standard. Will come back to stay again, highly reccomended. High

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Najwa and the entire hotel team for their dedicated service. I left my watch at the hotel, and they located it quickly. They maintained a pleasant attitude throughout and delivered highly professional service. The room was clean, tidy and spacious, with fully equipped amenities.

The hotel is very new. Opened last May 26. Room is clean. The toilet has bidet. The amenities has wonderful smell. Theres mini fridge and luggage area. The house keeping service is excellent.

First time staying and love every bit of this hotel. From reception til the hotel cleanliness and services.
