First stay at G Hotel Kelawai. We booked a connecting room for our family. They gave us a very spacious corner family suite that was bright and clean. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows could do with a bit of fluffiness. Bar counter was complimentary with daily replenished items. Nice touch! Breakfast was above decent with a very generous spread and gorgeous view of the mountains. Location isn’t as ideal as G Hotel Gurney if you prefer to just walk down the hotel to Gurney Mall. However, they more than make up for it with a complimentary buggy service that takes you to and from the mall to the hotel in a fun and bumpy 3’min ride. My daughter’s favourite part of the stay no doubt! And did I mention the free usage of the bikes and even a tandem bike? Didn’t get to try it due to time and wasn’t quite sure where to bike to. Overall a delightful stay for a family break. Might pay a bit more and try G Hotel Gurney next time though for ease of accessibility.

Love G Hotel Kelawai! ALL the staff are so friendly and helpful! Loved the welcome ice cream and complimentary mini-bar. Check-in was swift and fast. Room was so pleasant! Housekeeping request for things come very fast and prompt. Venue is great as it is beside Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon Mall. Will definitely come back for future stay. It was a great stay at G Hotel Kelawai!

Hotel is very convenient to the mall. The buggy service was excellent as it was raining and we needed to go to the mall for meals. Service staff were great too!  Been a great stay. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

my usual business hotel in penang. love the room, the location, love the gym, love the breakfast especially the crowd are well control. the staff are awesome and great service.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. It's also close to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. My stay was very pleasant.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! **Location:** Excellent! It's in the Gurney commercial district, right next to Paragon Hotel, Gurney Plaza, and Parkson shopping mall. **Facilities:** There are two Gurney G Hotels nearby, and this one is very new with modern decor. The rooftop pool has an amazing ambiance, offering views of both the mountains and the sea. Watching the sunset over the mountains from the pool in the evening is incredibly relaxing. There's also a bar by the pool with live music performances at night. **Service:** Excellent! Upon check-in, we received complimentary ice cream. The in-room minibar was well-stocked, completely free, and replenished with drinks daily. Every staff member greeted us proactively. Breakfast was rich and exquisite, and most importantly, incredibly affordable at only 45 MYR per person! Children pay half price (4-year-olds are free), making it exceptional value for money. Highly recommend it overall!

The rooftop infinity pool is fantastic, and there's a small bar right next to it. The breakfast offers a good variety, but I hope they'll add more salmon in the future.
