I've stayed in this hotel 3 times. I love "Auntie" and "Uncle" at the front desk.❤️

Stayed here for 3 nights but toilets are very very worst, totally different from room picture & hair dryer isn’t in the room though they mentioned it’s in the room amenities.

The service was good and the hotel room was clean, the price is affordable and the location is strategic to go some of the attraction in Penang like Street Art, Little India, and many more

Location is in the heart of the heritage and parking slots are available. The ceiling fan is noisy while operating.

Not recommended at all.
It has its own outdoor bar. U fail to make this known.Extremely noisy like a tamil disco till 3am.could not sleep.no hot water.no coffee ir tea.
