Great location in the heart of George Town, close to food spots and heritage attractions. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is included and is decent with a good variety. Overall, a good value stay for couples or travellers who want comfort and convenience.

Hotel location walkable to street art, kimberly night market, chew jetty. Infront the hotel has food court and coffee shop, beside the hotel has mini mart and morning breakfast food court. Hotel clean, cold AC. Nice....

Wifi down during our stay which is quite disappointed as there is also no line in our room Other thg no complain. Carpark is free room is quite comfortable and the location is good with a cafe just right opposite the hotel

Room was nice and big. However the downside of the hotel was the noise from the road. As it was noisy, it can be difficult to sleep.

The hotel is located right within Penang's World Heritage Site, making everything walkable. Mural Street is to the north and the Clan Jetties are to the south.

Second time back to the hotel, awesome location near our favorite restaurant near jetty. Only that the 1st floor room kinda hv a stench from the bathroom drain. Thy tried fixing it but didn’t work long.

Design and setup of the hotel was above my expectations for a hotel of this class, well equipped. Rooms are practical and well equipped. Basic TV channels. Super cold air conditioning. Bath amenities could be better. But where this hotel truly shines is with its PEOPLE. From the moment I check in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and helpful staff. While I have checked out earlier to attend to business needs, they were still helpful when I returned later and even provided me a room for a quick shower. Everyone was just amazing.

Great breakfast with many different choices. Just the air conditioning in the restaurant area was like freezing. Very clean place Comfortable bed and pillows The bathroom was good but there was some damp in the shower even if was clean The staff was basic I did not like the car park experience as the staff let me go up and down from the car upon arrival as they did not explain how it worked. So far I did not pay as indicated. Location great Suggested for sure

The hotel is great — the room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and full amenities. The location is also very convenient. However, I’d deduct some points for cleanliness. It seems the cleaning focuses only on the frequently used areas such as the bed, table, and floor. There’s still dust under the table legs, on the TV panel and mirror frame, inside the drawers, and under the tissue box. Overall though, it’s a good and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel's location is good, just a 5-minute walk from the jetty. It's situated in a relatively quiet alley, and most attractions within George Town are within walking distance. However, you'll need a taxi to get to Batu Ferringhi Beach, and taxis can be quite expensive at night. The hotel only provides two bottles of water daily, and if you need more, you have to buy it from outside. Convenience stores are closed when you return late, so I suggest the hotel provides one or two more bottles of water per day. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom only creates two distinct zones. The service was quite attentive, and issues were resolved promptly. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast had limited variety, but the quality was decent.

Hotel is well located within short walk to the free CAT bus that will bring you to all locations around Georgetown. Cafes around the hotel serves delicious food too!

Overall, a good experience. The hotel offers free parking and is conveniently located close to attractions, which are within walking distance. The room was comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Penang.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of all George Town attractions and many nice restaurants just 3-5 minutes away. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is a traditional, filling meal. It was easy to find after arriving from the airport. As a non-smoking property, it made for a very pleasant stay.

5 mins walk to hotel from pier. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly.
