The closest hotel to Botanic Garden. Have a few restaurant next to it. The furniture’s are not that new but is OK for the price.

The room was clean and tidy. The corridor to the room was dim and not very visual friendly. Having trouble for using the water machine. Closed to restaurants.

It is an old hotel with yellowish, stained sheets and pillowcases, which are not obvious at first glance due to poor lighting in the room. I flushed the toilet a few times, but the water was still yellowish, reminding me of urine water. It is because of improper toilet tank cleaning and plumbing maintenance. The furniture, bathroom door, etc were old and poorly maintained. Not surprisingly, you can hear the loud and disturbing noise of housekeeping staff. Sounds like guests shutting doors and talking can be heard clearly enough. Unless you are desperate for a one-night stay and can rough it, think many times before choosing this hotel for its offered rate. The rate is much higher compared to other better 2-star or 3-star budget hotels. Also, there are other better accommodation options a short distance away.

The room was large and clean, but there was no Qibla direction marker. Not very Muslim-friendly. The shower pressure wasn't very strong, and while there was a window, there was no view.

The location was perfect for me. Having filtered water dispenser is excellent. Only problem is the noise coming in early. The room facing the front road was unbearable with loud noises from the opposite road's temples and traffic. Perhaps the rooms should have some soundproofing dobe for the occupants to have sound sleep

A pretty good experience, a little dated but worth the value. The kopitiam downstairs is very popular.

Great place walking distance to Pg Botanical Garden for running and walking lovers. Best is OO Cafe with all the famous PG street foods just downstairs .
