I check out from the hotel .. apparently you will get charged if you stain the hotel towel with make-up. My deposit from RM100 THEY DEDUCT 50 RINGGIT from the deposit bill. They even didn't provide any receipts. They won't make up your room unless you request one. Unfortunately that just how they manage . The way that female receptionist accuse us for staining the towel with blood is unacceptable.. not recommended for anyone who could easily stain a White towel..and that is not blood i k ow because I'm in the emergency department

Great location nearby street food, shopping mart

The hotel is like 5-7 mins drive to Komtar, the town center. Easy to find food around, walking distance around 3-5 mins from the hotel. I stayed in room 205. The room was spacious but without a window because it's in the center. The bathroom space was just nice, bathroom "wall" was a piece of large glass covered with blinds. Toilet exhaust fan doesn't seem to work. The room aircond took some time to get cold but it's not very cold although already put to 16°c, full fan speed or turbo mode. Maybe it needs some servicing. For those who are driving, they have a small basement parking with 6 parking lots and the front of the hotel can park up to 3 cars.

Overall, value for money. Nice location, easy access to down town. Food stalls are surrounding nearby the hotel.

Location is good. It's clean. But the rooms are small. The frustrating thing is the main light switches are at the entrance door and you have to get out of the bed to switch them on or off. The crazy thing is even the other room occupant has to get out of his room to come to the entrance door to switch off his room light and then go back to his bedroom😥

This room got 2 queen bed and have partition to separated the room. Toilet are huge n include with toilet amenities. The room are spacious good for 5 of us. Parking quite limited, but we got parking during we arrive. Near to penang GH The staff are friendly too.

Brilliant hotel. Lots of great food locations near by. A fair walk to any major sites.
