The place is great and very convenient. This place is all way up to cheaper food down to fine dining.

The hotel is very convenient for walking around landmarks and tourist spots. The thing is they don't have water, coffee and even toilet faucet is broken.

+ great location within walking distance of most things + very comfy bed with nice sheets + Nice ambient lighting - broken toilet that was constantly running. We spoke to reception and they just gave us a key for a different room but this was a downgraded room so we kept the original - no toilet paper in rooms - reading light broken - call to prayer woke us up VERY LOUD approx 5:30am, windows only single glazed but I imagine this would be a problem at other hotels in the area too. - we were asked to pay 2 taxes at check in, 1 of which was already included in the booking. We had to prove this to avoid paying twice In summary it is a comfy and well located hotel, it is run down and in need of maintenance but you get what you pay for and we thought it was good value.

Top location, nice staff at front desk. First we got a room in the 3rd floor, the room had water damage (warer dripped from the ceiling), toiletseat was little bit dirty, in the cups was still food from other guest left. We could change the room to a much better in the 1st floor, but even that room had a broken toilet seat. Managment should keep better maintenance. No showergel/shampoo provided. Toilet paper we had to ask for.

Great! Quick and conveniently located, with plenty of food options nearby and close to Kapitan Keling Mosque.

If OGHC Hotel doesn't provide free bottled water, hairdryers, or shampoo, then don't list them in the amenities description. This is deceptive to customers. We kindly tried to remind the manager to correct the errors on the website, but as soon as she saw us, she became rude and said, "Our prices are so cheap, we won't give you free water. If you're unhappy, you can complain on the website! You dislike it but still want to stay for 3 days!" We were so intimidated by her that we didn't dare to stay any longer! So, I booked another hotel elsewhere and checked out of your hotel immediately. I later saw in the reviews that we weren't the only ones with this problem! Other people have also encountered your rude manager driving guests away! How can your business thrive without improvement?

The hotel is the center of India town good to travel to art street but be careful about the tax

No complimentary drink ( no drinking water or any other sources to get drinking water) I have been frequently booking into this hotel but this is the first time no drinking water was given.  No floor mat at the bathroom door. There was a glass mug but was quite dirty, looked as though it was not cleaned for ages. I sincerely do hope management would seriously look into this.

On check-in day, they said there were no rooms available and the staff said they had given the wrong room to another guest. There was no parking near the hotel, and no shampoo or soap. In the middle of the night, one of the room's doors kept slamming loudly, and the power switch kept turning on and off, keeping me awake all night. There were holes in the ceiling, and when it rained, water leaked onto the floor. The large toilet was clogged and wouldn't drain. It was a bit disappointing for my first stay.

Is right near mosque , you will hear loud and non stop noise at around 9 or 10 pm and 5 or 6 am. You will NOT have any good sleep here. No toile paper, not shampoo, no toothbrush, only small soap. Window is broken, The sink is a bit moldy. the room layout is weird, too much unnecessary Shelves that makes room crowded. Didnt see any wifi password signs so you have to go down and ask for it. Reception is impatiently,
