The quality of services provided is unsatisfactory. The toothbrush was not replaced after the second day, and creamer was not supplied on the subsequent day. Furthermore, the in-room telephone is inoperable. Dirty window.

Nice hotel, highly recommended. All the staffs very friendly and helpful. The room very cozy, clean and bed very comfortable.

Front desk is very friendly, the check in is fast and smooth. They also offer us 2 welcome drinks at the lobby lounge. A Rm 100 deposit is required and will be return upon check out. Room is spacious, but the lighting a little dark, I prefer brighter room. City area, easy to get a grab, very convenient with a pharmacy nearby and also Starbucks.

Near gurney drive, got pharmacy inside the compound. Nice room, easy parking and free. So far nothing to complain about.

the room was so dirty even i asked them to clean but still a lot of hair on the bed all over, bedsheets and toilet was super dirty

The room was nice , big and clean. I asked them to put me in a more quiet room, and they did. The whole hotel was under renovation. So there is some noise during the day.

I read reviews about this hotel before I booked and IT IS TRUE! The room is basically having ants, cockroach and the bedsheets are dirty!!! Oh mine. Please get a more responsible Manager to check the cleanliness of the room before handover to guests. I do not want to blame your housekeeping coz I see him working alone everyday… Tray broken also can leave it there for the customer to see 😐 although it was meant to put your cups, kettle and your Cups are also dirty 🫩

Overall, did not have a good experience staying at this hotel. What a hassle to change the room 2 TIMES.. with no compensation.. disappointed 1st Room was with unacceptable toilet condition (mouldy toilet floor) 2nd Room was with dirty bed sheet and smell of paint.. (nonetheless still stay one night due to the late hours) = hassle to check out the next day just for them to arrange a new room for me. 3rd Room was finally acceptable with minor hiccups but still housekeeping manage to solve it… First time in Penang.. and causes too much hassle just to settle down in our accommodation. Will not come back again.

great location near gleneagles penang but the hotel is old and found 1 cockroach in the floor. air conditioner is very cold

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to move around and access nearby attractions, shops, and food outlets. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend this hote

Design of the room wardrobe and working table is very welcoming and appreciated. Room size is spacious and comfortable. Amenities and toiletries were sufficiently provided. Room and wardrobe cleanliness is thumbs up. Thank you, once again to the Bellman, Faizan for his friendliness and warmth hospitality. Good interactions with hotel guest making us feel so welcoming. But, few setbacks in the room - there were sands on the bed covered by duvet - bathroom grouting puts me off - the basin tap head hit against the toiletries shelf, each time to turn on and off, adjustment is definitely necessary - hot water mixer is too unfriendly, due to temperature it resulted to hot lever so, you be shocked to touch it
