The location is excellent, and while the building is old, it offers plenty of common areas. It's super convenient for getting around, right on a lively street market, so finding food and shopping is a breeze. The bus stop is right outside, and the ferry terminal is just a 10-minute walk away.

I had an excellent stay at The Frame Hostel in Penang. The service was top-notch, and the location is ideal, with Penang's famous street food and street art just a short walk away. The hostel is also surrounded by Michelin-star food stalls. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the new capsule beds, introduced just a week ago, offer a cozy sleeping experience. The hostel is flexible with check-in and check-out times, and the on-site café is perfect for enjoying a favourite cup of coffee. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang. ---

Conveniently located to main attractions in Georgetown, hostel is clean. The ratio of bathroom stalls to occupants felt low, but did not face any issues with having to wait.

Clean, fair price for comfy accomodation

Not my first time staying at The Frame Guesthouse, and I think I will make a tradition out of it each time I visit Penang. Location is ideal as it’s close to the street art, street food, jetties and more. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. As a solo backpacker I also found it very convenient and met a lot of cool people. I would happily recommend them to anyone coming to Penang!
