closed to heritage site. Easily accessible by walking. Washing machine available on the ground floor. Just a stone throw away to Macalister road, which has many food court and kopitiam.

First impression is very simple layout, and have main necessities. Although 19m2 area have sufficient space to move or luggage placement. Noise outside the building can be heard but it does not disturb the sleep. Surprising comfortable bed. Oh Yes The Location is wonderful because it’s just short walk to all the durians stalls, restaurants, eateries or street hawkers. 2min to Komart or Gama… Again only one word describe this hotel is “simple”. I did not book their breakfast because it is not necessary due to plenty of food short walk from the hotel at a fraction of price.

Just few meters from komtar, u literally can walk in georgetown or drive to nearest tourist attraction from macalister road to burma or armenian road. The room is clean but not really sound proof. We are lucky to get the furthest room with komtar view even it is located at 1st floor.

Sadly, the fridge wasn’t working and it had mold inside. When I opened it, it smelled really bad. On the positive side, there was a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing board with an iron, all ready to use, which was very convenient.

Hotel is located close to many supermarkets and shopping malls, within short walking distance. Easy to find something to eat whole day as there are countless food courts and restaurants nearby. Ample car park at day time, by night it will be full. Local council car park make up for the shortage of onsite car park. Room comfort is average.

Such a relaxing stay at Penang and this hotel. Super awesome location. Very central. There’s a food street just around the corner across the street. Walking distance to major attractions. The housekeeping staff was super friendly! I left something really small when I checked out I came back and asked for it and the housekeeping staff went through the whole room (including garbage) to help me find it. Really appreciate that! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. They had all the necessities including slippers and razor. Very happy with my stay. I do recommend!

Over all, all good, there are street food near the hotel, staff are friendly.👍
