Very startegic in gurney. Near to gurney walk. Its a small condo. Amenities are basic Smooth self kiosk check in n out. Safe environment

The staff at the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The room is spacious, clean and bed very comfortable.  Walking distance to Gurney drive and Gurney promenade. Early morning watch sun rises over the horizon. The promenade is big and clean. People jogging.  Food court nearby.  Hotel 22 is the most colourful hotel in the area and can be seen from a distance.  Would recommend anyone to stay in Hotel 22 if they are on the budget.

Location excellent , is a budget hotel but got lift consider ok. In front have a lot parking space .

Good customer service👍🏻 We has been delayed to check in after the reception working hours due to some personal issue, but the customer service of hotel was helping us to arrange for other ways to check in when we arrived. Have a short stay here, forget to take photos of the room. Location of hotel is good, able to take grab easily.
