The cleanliness could be better; there was dust on the headboard and the desk was a bit dirty. Everything else was great! It's conveniently located, with a shopping mall directly across the street and a large supermarket nearby, making shopping very easy. There are also plenty of dining options, which is a big plus. 👍

Highly recommend this hotel! It's clean, convenient, and reasonably priced, making it the perfect choice for families. There's a large mall and supermarket right across the street, and most of the popular 'net-famous' restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great location, very convenient! Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift basket filled with Penang specialties. It's super close to the top attraction, and there are many massage parlors nearby, so you can head straight back to the hotel after a massage. Getting around with Grab is also easy; the airport is about 35-40 minutes away. The hotel also has WhatsApp for easy communication. Plus, you can use the smart TV to watch YouTube/Netflix! The staff are very friendly, and the pool hours are long, closing at 10 PM, so you can even swim after dinner. However, the hotel's hygiene is quite poor; there were stains on the bed sheets and towels.

In the mornings, you can book a shuttle bus to nearby tourist attractions. The location is excellent, and famous spots are within walking distance. However, if the weather is hot, it's better to call a Grab. The room we stayed in had a living room, but the air conditioning there was faulty and kept turning off automatically. We informed the staff, and they quickly arranged for maintenance personnel to attempt an immediate repair. It seemed like they couldn't fix it right away because they told us to request a room change if the same issue occurred again. But since we mostly stayed in the bedroom, we didn't bother changing rooms.

The hotel staff are very supportive and nice. Harun, the housekeeper, was great. I liked the swimming pool; it's small, but the infinity pool was lovely. The location isn't bad, but I do wonder if it would have been better to be closer to tourist attractions. If you're thinking of a 3-star hotel, you won't be disappointed. The room was quite dark, and the twin beds were very small. I also booked this hotel because some reviews mentioned it was quiet, but the external noise is really loud. The morning prayer calls are noisy, and there's a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars. The staff are friendly.
