Although the facilities are a bit old, the stay was decent. It's not too far from my destination, about a kilometer's walk, and there's a park nearby for exercise. Dining options are also very close, with a new Starbucks right downstairs.

Awesome room, clean & amenities in good working condition. The cash requirement for deposit was a bit tough.

The bathroom was very dirty, and the sheets and duvet covers were filthy. The next day, I woke up with bug bites all over my skin, lots of red spots. However, the location is good, right next to a hospital, and there's a Starbucks downstairs.

It felt like an old studio apartment, but it was enough for me and my families. I faced some problems related to waiting process for registration - I drove several times around the building just to park and go to the counter. Also - it took time to go out for dinner and come back. And the most problem is waiting time for elevator - I waited since 11.30am to go down, I only get my turn on about 12.30pm.

Very bad lift service , almost waited for 1 hour in-front of lift to get down with kids. Check in deposit rm200 - expensive  Counter staff not friendly  Toilet not very clean Good Location and spacious room .

Overall, the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The internet was very unreliable; I experienced frequent disconnections throughout my 6-night stay, and the hotel was unable to offer any assistance with this issue.

Found coachroach at cutleries drawer. Aircond at living room not cold at all due to 2 aircond compressors are circulating back the hot air directly back to the aircond. How can you have the aircond compressor inside the house itself? Poorly designed.

Location is good, right next to Gleneagles hospital, very convenient for doc appointments. The front desk was not so friendly though. Unit was good, rooms were nice, but there was no clothes hanging rack provided eventhough there was washing machine. So we had to find something else to use for hanging the washed clothes. TV got a big crack on it, so could not use TV at all. Not to mention TV was not a smart TV, unlike many other units in Mansion One. Will not recommend this unit to anyone, with that price you could get better option in Mansion One.

Average. Lamp not bright enough. Lamp not enough . Need to put up more lamp and brighter lamp. Dont put Low voltage bulb, not bright enough. Bath room got no lock from inside. People can enter easily

Here’s my comments: “The location is quite good, but the hotel’s facilities — such as the design of the parking ramp — are not suitable for new drivers. The entire parking area lacks of clear signage, and it’s very dark at night. The mattress has also sunken, and the room door doesn’t have a security lock. Overall, apart from the spacious room, I really can’t find anything worth praising.”
