The room is exactly as pictured, offering beautiful views. It's a comfortable holiday apartment with self-catering facilities. My children particularly enjoyed the 11th-floor pool and game area. While you'll need to use Grab to reach some attractions, the pick-up location can be conveniently set to downstairs. Getting to Penang Hill by Grab was a bit pricey, but fares to other places were generally reasonable.
