My mother in-law who is 97 stayed at this hotel yesterday and they treated her like royalty. During the breakfast they waited on her hand and foot. She was treated exceptionally well. We will be back because of the warm and caring staff. Overall, a lovely experience.

Very rough start for a new Hotel management. I was informed the day of check-in, the week of Christmas that my family could not check in because the Hotel was not open. I had the reservation for months. That is unacceptable. Hilton brands offered nothing to make this right. I scrambled to get a room for them and luckily the Marriott came through.
