Checking in on sunday 9pm thank god the receptionist is still there otherwise it’s gonna be a bad experience. but not much good around the location tbh. the room seems decent and clean

There's a good breakfast spot near the hotel. The room was okay, but they don't provide slippers or toothpaste, so you'll need to bring your own. Parking is free. The front desk was a bit hard to find. It's very close to the sea, and you can watch the sunset from there.

Stayed two nights on the way to Hutt Lagoon (Pink Lake). The hotel's location in Geraldton is excellent, just a five-minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The room was spacious and clean, and well-equipped. However, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the tap water had an odd smell, possibly due to desalination. Parking is free on the second-floor rooftop, which is great for road trippers.

The room was new, big and clean. The hotel location is close to the town. The hotel has his own parking facility.

I recently stayed at the Geraldton Apartment Hotel, and while the physical space was average, the overall experience was marred by strange policies and poor attention to detail. 1. Discriminatory Mini-Bar Policy Upon check-in, I was informed that because I booked through Trip.com, my mini-bar access was restricted to only milk and water. I found this highly unreasonable—guests should be treated equally regardless of the booking platform. 2. Serious Hygiene Concern On our first night, we discovered a milk carton in the mini-bar that had already been opened and was half-empty. It was unsettling not knowing if it had been tampered with or what might have been added to it. While the hotel eventually offered a "complimentary" full mini-bar as compensation, I found this ironic, as I believe the mini-bar should have been accessible from the start. 3. Poor Room Maintenance The lack of attention to detail continued when I found damaged hangers in the wardrobe.

There are restaurants nearby downstairs and a private parking lot. The room facilities are clean and simple.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like tissues in the bathroom and both a bedside lamp and a wall lamp by the bed, plus a welcome chocolate. I needed to check in early due to work, and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate me, which I really appreciated! I had originally planned to stay at this hotel for my entire 10+ day trip, but unfortunately, it was almost fully booked. The only drawback is the limited parking; if you return to the hotel too late on a weekend, you might struggle to find a spot because the hotel has two bars, which tend to fill up the parking lot.

We arrived late but check in service was not available immediately. Needed to call to get check in but it’s fine, the main door was closed. All in good location is the best thing, we didn’t stay long but room is hygienic

Towel has stain. Toilet bowl not clean. The toilet bowl brush was broken. Smells.

Very good location. It is near the beach. We have wonderful night stayed at The Gerald Apartments Hotel. Will recommend to friends and family.
