It was fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, making it feel just like home. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was clean with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. Overall, it offers great value for money, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay. "I recently stayed at the Geraldton Apartment Hotel, and while the physical space was average, the overall experience was marred by strange policies and poor attention to detail. 1. Discriminatory Mini-Bar Policy Upon check-in, I was informed that because I booked through Trip.com, my mini-bar access was restricted to only milk and water. I found this highly unreasonable—guests should be treated equally regardless of the booking platform. 2. Serious Hygiene Concern On our first night, we discovered a milk carton in the mini-bar that had already been opened and was half-empty. It was unsettling not knowing if it had been tampered with or what might have been added to it. While the hotel eventually offered a "complimentary" full mini-bar as compensation, I found this ironic, as I believe the mini-bar should have been accessible from the start. 3. Poor Room Maintenance The lack of attention to detail continued when I found damaged hangers in the wardrobe."
