The hotel service is nice, the personnel is very friendly and professional. The food is really tasty, and there’s always something to eat, no matter what time it is. The ambience one finds themselves in is great, and the lobby is very comfortable to sit in.

Wir waren Ende Juli für 4 Tage in Ihrem Haus zu Gast, hatten den Meierhof gebucht, um dem Hotel-Lärm zu entgehen. Dabei war uns nicht bewusst, dass die Sauberkeitsstandards eines 4-Sterne-Hotels im Nachbargebäude nicht gelten. Die Dusche war nur am ersten Tag sauber, die Spinnennetze zwischen Gardinen, Bilderrahmen und unterm Schreibtisch blieben uns ganzen Aufenthalt erhalten. Aber am schlimmsten waren die Kakerlaken! Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass man in Österreich in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in der Nacht von Kakerlaken gebissen wird! Gleich am zweiten Tag in der Früh haben wir es bei der Rezeption gemeldet, haben eine lauwarme Entschuldigung bekommen (mit dem Eindruck, das Problem wäre bekannt), aber die Situation hat sich nicht gebessert. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war eines 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht würdig. Die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte sowie die Sauberkeit ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Unser erster Besuch im Waldviertel wurde uns hier leider sehr vermiest - werden uns beim nächsten Mal wieder eine kleinere Frühstückspension suchen, in der man sicherlich besser aufgehoben ist.
