"We (2 couples) had a very pleasant stay at this authentic family hotel during our week of winter sports. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was amazing. A special shout-out to hostess Sabine, who went above and beyond for us. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and well-prepared. We had a wonderful holiday together. The hotel is well located, just a 10-meter walk from where the ski bus passes by, and is 2 stops away from the ski lift, so you are on the lift up within 4 minutes. Parking is easy right in front of the door. The CinCin is also right next door, far enough away that you don't hear the noise 😂 we only went there once. The hotel is a bit noisy, but that is the case with most hotels in Austria. We did sleep well every night, though."

"I had a few days alone and was looking for a hotel that offered Yoga. I had to smile when I saw that this hotel was in Gerlos, because years ago we stayed at the Almhof which is a kids hotel. So very glad I knew where I was going! I highly enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice. I had yoga twice a day (8:00 and 16:00). Because the weather was great, the yoga was in the garden, which was fantastic. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was just my vibe, quiet, nice elegant people. Dinner was great. I arrived on a Sunday and left on the next Thursday. On my way back home I stopped at the Swarovski Kristallwelten, which was very nice."

"We went on a family vacation to Gerlos and stayed at this hotel. Positives: Our hotel room was comfortable. The beds were nice and we slept well. The swimming pool, although crowded, is great. The outdoor pool was very popular with the kids. Nice to have the sauna after a day of skiing. The playing gym for the kids (with movie nights and kids disco) is a great addition with the lovely Dragi to watch over the kids. The hotel is situated very close / walking distance to the ski rental and main lift. The ski bus to the kids lift stops right in front of the hotel. Lots of families so many kids to play together. Negatives: We didn’t like some of the staff members: our waiter most evenings was not friendly and didn’t smile once. One receptionist was terribly rude while the others were all polite and helpful. We didn’t like the food. It was way too salty for our taste. The kids menu was not healthy so our kids ate cucumbers from The salad bar and a lot of plain pasta."

"what a stunning Place ,a modern yet ,with many traditional design features included Hotel. The rooms are fantastically spacious and fabulously laid out . (P.S. the wife loved the motorist Blinds.) The sauna area is spacious and again fabulously laid out, The same for the Restaurant/Bar area . All in all a great modern design with a lot of thought behind it."

"The Owner and the Personal staff are not capable and don’t no the meaning of the word hospitality. When you make a reservation and you kindly ask to put one beer on the bill you must pay it immediately. This is no issue, but as the French say : c’est le ton qui fait la musique !a blond haïr staff is very unfriendly and totally not hospitable. After we just came in to see the last minutes of a darts game , and we said that we would leave and do not wanna drink anything and the space was almost completely empty the owner asked us to leave on a very rude way , we told her that she don’t understand the hospitality. Two days before we left more then €300,= there. And if they were more friendly we might have stayed and took something to drink or eat. I strongly advise you to search another hotel in Gerlos"

"Very friendly owner, good breakfast with perdonel touch, judt in opposite of the ski slope Dorfbahn. We had a stay with friends , no dinner in the hotel but within a few meters enough restos and bars👍 Also Gerlos is a nice small village with a lot to do!"
