the place is famous, for thailand theater shows, foods in many varieties but cant say good. when we check in we are greet by a front desk clerk,with no smile, and tired face.and since i was a foreigner but good in japanese, communication did not go so well though he is not nice explaning everything. but the foreigners workin there is so nice. the ofuro is good but can say not what we expect. in the morning we check out staff were all good and smiling.

Huge room, comfortable beddings, nice settings & decoration. 2 mins hotel bus transfer to Gero station, easy access. Yet after arriving hotel, not much choice for entertainment & food.

Very good experience and staff are very professional especially Mr Taku Yamada as he went the extra mile to accommodate my request to provide me western bed instead of rokan. Hotel is very nice clean n unique with pulley type lift. Good buffet spread. Definitely a good value for money stay.

The hotel is in a good location, has free parking, large rooms, bathtubs and snacks, older room facilities, very pure spring water, you can tell it is a real hot spring after one dip, there is a large pool for female guests on the eighth floor, two pools outside, and there are indoor pools on the second floor but I didn't go there. The best thing is that the hot spring is open 24 hours a day, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are good.

There will be pick-up and drop-off services, and guests will be treated courteously. Special elevator, surprising outdoor hot spring on the eighth floor, and free beer. The dinner was rich and after that the bed was ready. Very heartwarming. The sound insulation is very good, it was a very comfortable trip. Like 👍🏻

The food was delicious. It would be even better if the karaoke was free.

Hotel service quality is very good: cost-effective hotel

The hotel is very good. Before arriving 1 hour, because of heavy snow, I immediately changed my accommodation. So I looked for a new one. I decided to sleep at Gero Onsen. I found the hotel and chose the room type when I arrived. There was a small problem because it seemed like the hotel asked to check first and waited for 10 minutes. I got a room on the 10th floor. It was big and had a beautiful view. The onsen was very very good. It was a mixed room separated by gender on the 8th floor. There were both rooms and open-door access to the outdoor. The view of the snow was fluffy. It was suitable for all ages. Children and the elderly loved it. The breakfast was varied, but too salty for me... In conclusion, I was not tired anymore and was impressed. I want to stay again. Note: The bathroom seemed to be cold water. We had to use the hot water in the shared bathroom (onsen). - I couldn't find the water in the room. There was only a kettle with cold water for boiling water. But there was a tea set provided. 🥲 So I didn't know which floor to get the hot water. I was afraid of being thirsty, so I went down to buy some water (I'm not sure if I didn't prepare everything).

The hotel is old style, but clean and acceptable. The hot spring is not too big, but it is not the peak season so not many people stay there. It is very comfortable and the service is very good. There is a shuttle bus between the station and the hot spring street. It is worth praising

The deterioration is obvious. The shower pressure was weak in the large open-air bath on the 8th floor. The outdoor bath on the 2nd floor was littered with fallen leaves and wood, and it was clear that no staff had come to inspect it. The meals were buffet style, but the space to pick up the food was narrow and crowded, which was uncomfortable. The variety of food was varied, but I didn't think it was particularly good. Considering the price, I thought it was average.

The room was clean and the amenities were plentiful. The food was delicious and I was happy that I could drink as much as I wanted! The hot springs in the room and the large public bath were of high quality, making it the best trip ever. Above all, the staff were kind and very polite, I'm grateful 🥲 I'll definitely come again!
