Bad experience, the hotel policy at the time of booking shows that children under 17 can stay for free. As a result, when checking in, they forced a price increase to change to another room type on the grounds that the original room type cannot support children. In fact, according to the hotel reservation form (I saw it), the original double room type even if it is temporarily added an adult, it will add 30 euros, and the result is that the so-called famliy room of the same size will add 60 euros! Angry 😡

Although the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit.
