Worst stay i had till now.stayed here wen we were enroute Jim Corbett . The room (suite ) is pigeon hole sized, shabby and the service pathetic. The dinner ordered at 1015 was delivered at 1145 pm. Please avoid at alll costs.Pathetic. Unimaginable disappointing.

Staff is not cooperative , very arrogant If we ask anything they just get irritated and using bad language with their colleagues infront of their guest. Very ill mannered staff And their manager i dont knw who Ankit's name he is very very very arrogant He was threatining us. And wasn't even listen He didn't even offered a glass of water I want you to guys go and enjoy somewhere nice and decent place but not here.

Staty in mahaun sarovar portico vaishali is very comfortable and housekeeping services is very good and c/in progress was very good and welcoming also Staff is very humble like housekeeping Amanish Singh and ranveer, chandramani, somindara and food was very delicious like sandeep RM also his Staff good

Overall stay was good at mahagun sarovar portico . Rooms was neat and clean and well maintained by the hotel. Food was good at tangerine restaurant . Swimming and health club is also available at hotel. We will recommend this hotel . ..........

Recently my wedding was organised here. Mr. Vikas bhatt is excellent Manager, very polite, has a very calm and composed demeanour, he listens very carefully and executed everything perfectly and made my wedding memorial for me. Food was very delicious. All staffs are very polite and professional.

The Restaurant service was excellent, Sakshi, Deepak and team were good. Mr Deepak helped us a lot during stay and restaurant. Chef Devendra cook the best and delicious food, we enjoyed it. However the food was little spicy.. Stay was good. At Reception Ansari and team was good. Housekeeping needs improvement.

I booked the hotel and banquet hall for my daughter's wedding and the experience there was amazing. Each and everything went well because of extreme coordination of staff members and I can't thank them enough for that. Food and room services were way beyond great and Mr Bhatt there was extremely delighted to help us out if we faced any crisis

Just finished up an unforgettable visit at this superb place! Service here is absolutely delightful; it felt personalized as every team member seemed genuinely interested in providing a great experience without being intrusive or overwhelming which created relaxing vibes everywhere you turn—it’s definitely worth visiting if relaxation is your goal too since customer care seems prioritized nicely here.
