Pool not working. Ac not working. Wifi not working. No towels or toiletries in washroom.

The hotel is not made for business people, as you have to be patient. Music and screaming until the wee hours of the morning as weddings take place at the hotel. I had to call the reception several times because in the room they continued with loud music and shouting and what they told me was because there were people who had come to the wedding and to top it off very bad service for dinner and more at breakfast because there were not enough staff to attend. The only good thing that the few people who had to serve were friendly.

Amazing stay and really good hotel for corporate stays Perfect place for events and meetings Shruti Sheetal Soumya from front office were amazing in helping their guests and making the stay memorable Great to see the good services and very hospitable staff

Chef Adesh is the best dosa maker and the whole restaurant staff were fabulous, they went beyond expectations. The room was great very comfortable, the housekeeping staff do an awesome job, the hotel is extremely clean and the day lillies give off a beautiful perfume throughout the hotel.It is not in a tourist area so money changing not possible. The quiet rooms great water pressure and plenty of hot water make up for that.
