"The hotel is very close to the attractions. There is a light rail within a 5-minute walk to the station, and St. Bavo's Cathedral is about a 7-minute walk away. The hotel room is very large, the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, and no one is sent to clean it every day. Cleaning service is only available if you stay for more than seven days."
"Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline.
Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see.
Although the room is small, it was comfy."
"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and biscuits were provided. The bathroom was bright and the staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the central station, but a little far from the attractions. Since we were not in a hurry, we could reach the attractions in about half an hour."
"The room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from."
"The hotel is one stop away from Ghent's central station. Some trains pass through Ghent and then reach this station in one stop. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station.
You can take a bus, ride a bicycle or walk to the old town of Ghent (each has a different experience). There is a bus terminal and a Carrefour near the hotel (but the quality of fresh food in this Carrefour is not very good, I recommend Albert Heijn in the city center)
The hotel has a parking lot, and the lobby is shared with Ibis style (the price is similar, the rooms here are larger and have a small kitchen). The small kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware)
You can take a train from Ghent to Bruges, Antwerp and Brussels (the one-way train journey is less than 1 hour). At night, you can also enjoy the beautiful night view of the ancient city of Ghent. It is highly recommended."
"Super warm hotel, must be five-star praise!
Hotel location is very good to go out is the castle, a few minutes walk to the attractions super convenient.
The most impressive thing is the service of the staff. Especially a lady at the front desk (sorry, I didn't remember her name), asked her how to take the bus to The Hague. At that time, there were other guests waiting. We were not embarrassed to delay. The staff probably checked and we left first. As a result, when she returned to the hotel at night, she specially handed over three notes, which clearly wrote the address of the car, the time of each train, and even how long to get to the station in advance! This detail is really heartwarming! Location plus points, service is full marks, next time you come here!"
"Very small room with no amenities provided. Make sure bring your toothbrush and no kettle, cup too. 15 mins walk to city centre, not bad. But very closed to the rail station and intercity bus station."
"Traveling around Europe and this was the best hotel and room. Above all praise. Cleanliness and comfort 10 out of 10. The breakfast was wonderful, overall I didn’t want to leave, it felt like home. But Luxembourg lies ahead, although I will spend the night in Metz, since Luxembourg has very expensive hotels, and I’m going further to Strasbourg)
I strongly recommend the hotel! Best!"
"The location of this store is very good, just near the scenic spot. The service attitude of the staff was excellent. I arrived very late that day, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the staff still received me warmly. It's a mixed-sex house, but it's very quiet and everyone is very well-behaved and orderly. It should be noted that everyone should try to check in as early as possible. If you arrive in the middle of the night, you may not be able to check in, but you will still be allowed to check in. In addition, a little tip for friends like me who are staying in a youth hostel for the first time. This hotel requires you to take down the bed sheet and put it in the lobby when you check out~"
"The hotel is beautifully located. Not in the middle of the city bump, but you come to walk everywhere super. The room is large and from the facility enough for a short visit. The staff of the reception are very helpful and friendly. A great deal was breakfast. You have to book a Timeslot in the morning, for which you want to breakfast. Nevertheless, the buffet is completely overlaped, all tables are occupied and staff are not complying with the refilling of the food, so there were almost only empty baskets and plates. Sunday was a little empty, but nevertheless no one kept the overview so our table was covered, although we were fast on the buffet and our card + mobile was still on the table. There is definitely still a need for a reduction"

Great
Bbabadooknot a bad location, nice room and view, really close to train station but 20mins walk downtown (faster only by tram). except for train station area most of shops nearby were closed (cafe, restaurants,…ghost streets). positive aspect music festival occurring during our stay. negative aspect was city tax (per person and day), too much in my opinion and for what?…
QQIUFANGHotel location is very good, check-in is also convenient, mainly elevators, the suites are large, the bed is a bit soft, found here. Kitchen appliances are available and you can do it yourself. Stayed for two nights and returned to the second day, and the other few did not care about us. Very close to the central attractions, it is convenient to go to the station bus, just fine
MMomokoThe room is clean. The bottom of the bunk bed was small and the upper one was more comfortable. It happened that there were only two people in a 6-person room, so bed making was not a pain. When making beds, I found a stain like a spill on the futon cover. It took 5 minutes to get hot water. Other than that, there is no complaint. You can walk to the tourist spots. The tram ride fee is high for Japanese people, so I walked to Hento Sint Peters station for about 30 minutes to save money.
LLennon7107The hotel was converted from a monastery built in the 13th century, so the environment is extremely comfortable and quiet. At first glance, it doesn't look like a hotel at all. It is more suitable for traveling alone or as a couple. The hotel staff are also very friendly. It is relatively close to the tram station, which can be reached in three to five minutes on foot. The only thing is that in the winter in Europe, the room is too cold. I asked the front desk for a heater to solve the problem. Other things are fine.
GGuest UserIt couldn't be more central. They asked me if I wanted a quieter interior room or an exterior one. I asked for the latter and what a view! A marvel from that point of view, perfect.
The bathroom was tiny, but the shower was new and you could hear the neighbours because the rooms are very close together. Something strange, in the room the heating system is like the old air conditioning and it was noisy, it turned off by itself even if you changed the temperature and you woke up quite cold. The breakfast was average, today for example the eggs were very dry as if they were from yesterday, which I'm not saying they were, but they seemed that way and the sausages were the same. The baguette, on the other hand, was delicious.
The waitress at night, charming.
GGuest UserThe accommodation was excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was of high quality and provided a relaxing and pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely love to come back!
GGuest UserThis is the best hotel that have everything during my stay in Belgium. The room is so clean. Location in right in front of train station. I will definitely stay with them again.
