We stayed here for a week with a friend. Hotel was nice, clean and so beautiful from outside. Pool area was clean and quiet, very enjoyable. Staff very friendly and welcoming :) Location was ok, but you really need a rental car when staying here. We didnt have one and it was difficult to move around with a bus. Hotel gym was very small, but also clean. Breakfast was ok, but too much white bread/cake and croissants. I would love to see something green on the breakfast table. Room was little bit dusty. It wasnt cozy at all, no boards on the walls, very simple and not welcoming. Also noices from corridor kept us awake at night time. Tv didnt have any english language channels, and we didnt understand italian at all. But overall, it was nice to see this hotel, but Im pretty sure we are not coming back again.

Stayed here whilst in Lucca for a family wedding. Lovely quiet hotel, staff friendly, facilities very clean. Swimming pool + air conditioning in hotel a bonus especially in this heat! Near a restaurant, supermarket and bus route into historic Lucca if traveller doesn't have a car.

I had a bad fall while hiking and fractured my spine. Il Parco was where I began my recovery. They were able to extend time in the same room. Marta and staff checked on me daily wanting to fill any need or want that I had. The view from my window was olive trees, a hedge in full bloom with jasmine, and beds of Bird of Paradise. The Mediterranean was in the background. We will be forever grateful for such wonderful hosts and we highly recommend this gorgeous spot.

First you impressions of this hotel were good as seen from the adjacent independent restaurant. The disappointment came later and started with the staff of the pool - and others who perhaps need a little ongoing training on civilities towards guests. The night staff perfect and welcoming. Perhaps the entry to the hotel with its over full trash containers and bottles on the drive accentuate the pride of the management . The room, again first impressions good, but it is obvious that attention to detail is amiss . Tea and coffee facilities present, but no cups ( only two fragile plastic cups unable to stand hot water). The bathroom neat and tidy, but the shower caked in calcium. Breakfast; an array of uninteresting and not entirely fresh (croissant quite stale). Unfortunately, not a good experience .

Check in was easy, fast and fun. I felt welcomed here. The hotel driveway is a long country estatesk lane. Once upon the building, the gate requires a second glance than a closer look. The hotel is eclectic and unusual. It is clean, and comfortable. A total surprise. Staying here as a landing point between Nice and Rome. Decent choice.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel 2 ora prima di fare il check in telefonicamente Mi viene proposta una camera vista parco..... Arriviamo.. La camera è vista piscina dismessa tristissima ,sembrava abbandonata (un cartello indica apertura a giugno) E qui la prima delusione, ma ci passiamo sopra, prima di dare i nostri documenti avremmo dovuto visionare la camera. La delusione vera è la colazione il mattino dopo,stanza piccola,affollatissima,rumorosissima...l unico tavolo libero è vicino alla cucina la porta (della cucina )aperta ,rumori di stoviglie,baccano...ma siamo in un 4 stelle ??? C'è una finestra vicino al nostro tavolo ,impalcature per lavori in corso su retro hotel Mi sono lamentata di tutto ciò con la persona con cui abbiamo fatto il check out ed ho riferito che avrei scritto qui,quindi ,anche essendo informata ,del mio disagio la proprietà ad oggi non mi ha contattata in nessun modo,almeno per le dovute scuse ,sono trascorsi 3 giorni

Ambiente raffinato, un mix perfetto tra tradizione e modernità. Ogni angolo dell’hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli. Torneremo sicuramente! Struttura pulitissima, letto comodissimo e parcheggio gratuito. Qualità/prezzo eccellente. Siamo stati per un weekend romantico. L’atmosfera rilassante e il design raffinato ci hanno conquistato. Personale eccezionale.

Magnifico hotel posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla, camere confortevoli e ben pulite, sala per la colazione ampia e bella, il buffet della colazione è molto buono, ha una vastissima scelta sia di dolce che di salato, ci sono anche opzioni per vegani, possibilità di fare colazione anche all’aperto. L’albergo in generale è molto bello e ben curato, abbiamo dormito benissimo, il personale è gentilissimo e qualificato. I nostri amici a quattro zampe sono i benvenuti. Inoltre all’accoglienza troverete una splendida micetta, che tutti gli ospiti dell’albergo coccolano, iniziativa lodevole dell’albergo che ha deciso di ospitare questa gattina e che tutti quanti gli alberghi potrebbero seguire, soprattutto quelli che hanno degli spazi verdi all’esterno. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e Complimenti per la bellissima location!!!
