Its a beautiful hotel situated in a nice and private location yet close enough to restaurants and activities in the nearby areas. We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant at the hotel is very good offering high quality meals. The only downside was the wifi, we didn’t have internet connection in our room .

We decided late on a Friday night to visit the Drakensburg for 1 night. Rory the manager was efficient and found us rooms for the next night. He is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. The lodge is comfortable and the food was exceptional. The situation with the view over the mountains is the best in the area. The gardens are well maintained and the dam walk is peaceful. Am amazing lodge.
