"This hotel was pure perfection. 3 kid, my wife and I, were there for 10 days in July 2025. The hotel is visually beautiful, the pool was so clean and well kept. The service for dinners was high end restaurant style and the staff were amazing. From reception staff who go above and beyond for any requests you have, to the cleaners who work hard, do an amazing job and always have a smile and a "bonjourno" in the passing. Last but not least, the taxi service they call for you were also amazing. Father and 2 sons run one 7 seater taxi, and we ended up using them daily via their personal WhatsApp. 2 of our kids have slight autism and struggle with noisy crowds. This hotel doesn't have a huge amount of rooms. So the numbers were low and the type of guests were respectable and easy going people. It made a big difference for us around the pool and obviously through the night for sleeping. To top it all off, we had a famous volcano as a backdrop. We loved you, Etna Hotel, and we will be back."

The attentive and friendly staff and the minimal but stylish furnishings make your holiday the perfect place to relax your senses.
