The hotel offers many activities, but you can't play billiards or bowling. Although the hotel states that it operates from 8 AM to 10 PM, when you arrive and ask if you can do these activities, the answer is that there are too few people, so it's not allowed. When asked what indoor activities are available, it turns out that everything ends at 7 PM, and they only suggest outdoor activities. Very disappointing due to misleading offers and unavailable activities.

The hotel is pretty good, but the activities they offer are not always available. In my case, the bowling alley should have been open, but when I tried to book a time for the bowling alley, they said it was closed for no reason. And so with all the activities they offer, they write that they should work, but nothing works.

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Nice area to walk even with snow!

Really a perfect resort for a quiet getaway with loved ones. Everything you need to relax, quiet area, beautiful lake, spa, good food in the restaurant. It’s just a few mins away from a highway so it’s very easy to reach. Worth the money. All rooms have a lake view.

We visted the hotel during half term break. The hotel was full with many families with kids. Some people mention Processo upon arrival, we did not experienced it. We liked the spacious room with a lovely lake view. The room is very basic. Bathroom is big but it was not as clean as I would expect. The shower screen has some staines, so did the pictures in the bathroom. We absolutely loved the pool and spa area. The pool is large and there are many loungers. Great for relaxation. Food in the restaurant tasty. Great vibe in the lobby area. Overall we will be back.

Potraktowanie Nas przez hotel było straszne. Przyjechaliśmy dość późno ok 21. Zameldowaliśmy się w pokoju ( najpierw Pani chciała Nam dać zwykły pokój mimo rezerwacji na apartament ) Apartament koniec końców otrzymaliśmy całkowicie brudny - puszki po piwie , brudna pościel itp ale i tak to nie miało znaczenia ponieważ recepcja zauważywszy ze mamy pieska (york wytresowany , cichy chodzący przy nodze ) kazała nam opuścić hotel. Rezerowaliśmy hotel z polecenia znajomych którzy jeszcze w sezonie letnim byli tam z psiakiem dlatego nie sprawdzaliśmy szczegółowo zasad obowiązujących w hotelu. Pierwszy raz zdarzyło nam się takie podejście recepcji , manager nawet nie raczył z Nami porozmawiać… wystawili do rozmowy Panią z plakietką uczę się która zresztą była bardzo niemiła w całej sytuacji.

Plus dla świetnej lokalizacji, piękny widok, natura. Do Olsztyna 12km, więc można podjechać, pozwiedzać. Pokój przestronny, z czajnikiem, woda, kawa instant, herbata, cukier i mleko, mieszadełka. W łazience kosmetyki, ręczniki, suszarka. Brak szafy, do której można by się było rozpakować. W pokoju lodówka, sejf, jedno krzesło, więc ratowaliśmy się drugim z tarasu. Śniadania w dogodnych godzinach, ale codziennie to samo. Obiadokolacje od 18.00, więc jak dla mnie trochę późno. Bez wielkiego wyboru- były np.ziemniaki i kasza, kurczak, żeberka, 3 rodzaje makaronu, trochę mało. Dobrym rozwiązaniem jest oddzielna strefa dla dorosłych, dzięki czemu można zjeść w większym spokoju. Podobnie dobrym pomysłem są godziny 20.00-22.00 dla dorosłych na basenie, z czego chętnie korzystaliśmy. Jest też strefa pokoi tylko dla dorosłych, ale niestety nie zostaliśmy tam zakwaterowani i od samego rana byliśmy budzeni krzykami dzieci, bieganiem po korytarzu, a nawet zaglądaniem w okna. Piękne lobby, w którym można posiedzieć, wypić kawę, drinka, delektujac się pięknym widokiem, totalnie traci urok przez biegające wszędzie dzieci. Można się poratować strefa "no kids zone"- pomieszczeniem do palenia cygar, czytelnią czy computer lab, co jest dobrym rozwiązaniem. Flauta bar serwuje bardzo dobre drinki, barmani są bardzo profesjonalni. Hotel wygląda luksusowo, ale odpowiedni bardziej dla rodzin z dziećmi. My pojechaliśmy bez dzieci wypocząć i średnio nam się udało.

Hotel idealny na rodzinny pobyt. Codzienne animacje zajmują niemal cały dzień. Jest kino, zajęcia plastyczne i kulinarne. Pokój przestronny, z balkonem i widokiem na jezioro. Spory basen ze strefą relaksacyjną pozwala na miły odpoczynek. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone.

Hotel idealny na wypoczynek z dziećmi - pięknie położony , smaczne jedzenie , prywatna plaża , przemiła obsługa. Mnóstwo atrakcji i zbaw w klubiku dla dzieci , kącik czytelniczy , ciepła woda w basenie i pomysłowa zjeżdżalnia dla dzieci na plaży . Plus za duże lobby i bar na środku z całkiem przystępnymi cenami . Napewno tam wrócimy ;)
