It was in a convenient location - walking distance to the lake area. Parking is available in a nearby Postal bldg.
Hotel had free water with a choice of gas and still. The room was rather small but it met all the basic needs.

Small clean hotel in central location. When I went to breakfast there was a huge crowd, no food and nowhere to sit. Eventually more food came and seating freed up. The hotel staff seemed unable to cope with the volume of people and did not attempt to manage it. Otherwise fine but this spoilt my stay somewhat.

The entrance of the hotel is very small, which is totally different from the main picture; the room photos and the actual room are also completely different. The room is very small, but the bathroom is quite large. There is a sour smell in the room, which cannot be removed even by opening the window for ventilation. There is almost no service, and the elevator is very small, which can only accommodate one person and two pieces of luggage.

Spent a wonderful day in Annecy. The hotel staff was very welcoming, the room was small but well-equipped, and most importantly, it was close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk to the lake. Very cost-effective
