HOTEL LiVEMAX Gifu Ekimae Reviews

This is my second time staying here and it's just as good as the first. Great location, clean room, and the staffs are really kind. Overall a very comfortable stay.

It’s a very old hotel but with its location that is accessible to Gifu station, it’s worth the price. Although, if you are scared of ******* room, you’d have to skip this place. I saw flying insect inside the room, and in the middle of the night there were some noise from inside the room. It also smell of tobacco regardless that it’s non smoking room, might be because lack of ventilation.

This hotel was within Gifu City Center but located in the quiet area. It has every amenities you will looking for staying in a Japanese hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean, and there's a knob by the bed to adjust the overhead light. It's also only about 200 meters from the JR station.

very very dirty, i don’t recommend. the check im and check out was easy. i ise the laundry and was easy to use .

Overall satisfactory and comfortable. A suggestion: Could be nearly perfect if a bit more flexible towards customer's minor requests.

Has a microwave, which is nice.

Some stains on the floor, room was also quite small but that's to be expected.

Didn’t like that only one towel was left as some other livemax locations leave two bath towels. Other hotels also leave towels on the door if you do not want a full clean up, besides that the locations is close to train bus station.

Bad smell and dusty

The room was cool but rather met the ants that appeared for the first time during a trip to Japan I don't know where it came from I opened the window and the employee said it came from outside and the employee's handling of it was to catch instead of changing rooms The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from Gifu Station with family mart downstairs

The rooms in this hotel are very clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete, giving people a warm home feeling. The service attitude is friendly and the environment is quiet, suitable for rest. Overall, it is a very cost-effective accommodation option.

The only drawback was that the hotel didn't have a parking lot, but there are many paid parking lots in the surrounding area, so parking shouldn't be a problem. It was also nice that it was close to the station and the drinking district. There seemed to be plenty of electrical outlets. I'd like to use it again!
