Hotel Alda Centro Gijón

"Bad, without any excuse, it's rated three stars but isn't a proper guesthouse, old and it's unbelievable that it belongs to a hotel chain like Alda."

Parador de Gijon

"Just one night en route through Asturias. Very handy location next to Rural museum and only a short walk into the centre of Gijon. Excellent food and the staff were lovely and welcoming"

Hotel la Boroña

"Quiet environment, simple and practical facilities, friendly staff. The facilities are a bit old, the sound insulation is not very good, and earplugs are required. Short stay comfort can be, 10 minutes from the city"

AC Hotel Gijón

"Very nice stay. Nice, clean, very well structured rooms, helpful staff, and free parking."

Hotel San Miguel

"We stayed at this hotel for the weekend during the Cometcon in Gijón, and it will definitely be a contender in the future! Arrival at reception was lovely. The lady there helped us with all of our requests, and was so kind and helpful. Check-out went similarly, including holding our suitcases for the afternoon. They were also very helpful every time we needed a taxi, and were happy to call one for us. The room was also lovely, with a window overlooking the street, that I was surprised at how quiet it was, considering it's central location. The bed was super comfortable, although I would have liked some firmer pillows. Breakfast was included, and it can be eaten at the cafe, or brought up to your room. We did both. My friend would go down and eat his there, and bring mine up for when I lazily decided to get up. There were bookshelves in the hallways leading to our room, with an amazing variety of fiction and non-fiction. What really stood out to me is how PRETTY this hotel was. All the decor was in such good taste! Also, this is a pet friendly hotel, so I met a LOT of very gud bois during my stay there."
