Pera One Villas

Good service and great hospitality.

Don’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!

Beautiful villa in a quiet area at Gili. We sleppt like babies, good aircondition and the starf is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amaizing.

The villa is amazing, larger and more tranquil than initially expected more than worth the money! Free bikes to get across the island being a perfect distance from both the west with the more built up area and then the more peaceful beaches for sunsets in the east!! Will 100% be back

The staff at Pera One Villas were excellent! They were friendly, brilliant service always with a smile, checking that we have everything we need and greeting us 'home' every time we returned to the villa, offering free bikes every time we headed out. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with options to mix it up over our stay. Alex delivered breakfast most days and was always so cheerful and polite, a lovely start to our day. Often they would surprise us with a yummy afternoon tea treat if we were in. The room service food and drinks was also great prices and delicious and fresh every time. The villa itself was a tranquil piece of paradise all to ourselves, beautifully designed. Loved having a private pool with outdoor area to eat, aircon worked great, mini fridge, open air bathroom out the back was unexpected but we really liked it, still secluded. Never ran into other guests and the noise didn't seem to carry much between villas. Earplugs were provided and I did have to use them every night due to sounds I'm not used to, including the dripping sound of the aircon and the early morning prayer over loud speakers (this is done all over the island and not a Pera One fault). Was able to sleep through with ear plugs though. The location was great for us. It's a 15min walk back to the harbour side coastal hub, but really anywhere on the island is walking distance and we enjoyed being away from the main thoroughfare once done for the night. Felt totally safe walking anywhere on the island, at any time. Overall, we cannot fault Pera One. They provided an all round amazing experience and we would not hesitate to return or recommend to others! Thank you so much for making our romantic holiday away so easygoing and memorable ❤ We honestly can't wait to come back!!

The best accomodation on the island! We loved it here, had our own little paradise. The private pool was so nice. We loved having breakfast in the nice little outdoor area The staff were all amazing and went above and beyond Would highly recommend and come back here if ever in Gili T again.
