Warna Beach Hotel

Room especially bathroom certainly needs repair and improvement, but for the price I didn’t have much to complain. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Solid location, no TV, wifi hit or miss

Would advise against this place unfortunately. Construction happening all day around the bungalow, close to the live band inside the restaurant and the mosque makes the stay very noisy, no Wi-Fi in the room. I asked about the issue of the Wi-Fi and they said “well ask our IT guy,” then never heard anything about it again. The staff we nice and friendly, but it wasn’t enough to make the stay more comfortable. Left a day early due to all the issues mentioned and they wouldn’t refund me. There are better options on the island. Do yourself a favour and pick one of those.

First, I would like to mention that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good if what you are looking for is something close to the restaurants and shops but also not far from the turtle point. However, I must mention this as it came as a bit of a shock to us, the property is located right next to a mosque. They broadcast prayers 5 or 6 times a day starting at 5am. I realize that we are in their country and should respect their religious practices. But, we would have booked a different location if we had known this because the broadcast is not as loud in other parts of the island and would not disturb your sleep. The room service was also much less than what we are used to. They only clean every second day (you must hand in your key for this to happen - a detail they only told us after day 3 of staying there), but the staff did provide us with clean towels every day when we asked for it. The breakfast was also very basic, but the amazing service from the staff kind of made up for it. Overall an ok stay.

First of all the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t improve the score. The location is getting a poor score purely because of the horses that are forced to work to death in the boiling heat that you can hear and see from every angle. We saw horses collapse, foam at the mouth through dehydration and have cuts on their skin because of poor fitted equipment. They are used as taxis for tourists but also to cart around rubble, building supplies etc. We had planned to stay on the Gili islands much longer than we did. Gili T is beautiful but I would suggest unless you enjoy seeing animal abuse in front of you every day then don’t go. Enjoy Nusa instead.

stay here 3 day 2 night.. very super clean room. super friendly staff. very near to beach. also provide other service like bicycle rent, snorkeling trip or transportation to Lombok or Bali.. price much cheaper then other .
